Cousn are back again with their EP ‘This Is Not A Hit’, a driving acid house track equipped with two strong remixes from LTP and Luca LeBlue, continuing the solid form on their own label FAMLY Records.

Cousn’s ‘This Is Not A Hit’ is tailor made for big room club sets, with a powerful acid line ripping through-out the track, blended with the boys classic genre defying live percussion supplied by Cousn drummer, Tom Williams. ‘This Is Not A Hit’ twists and turns, solidifying Cousn’s return to the fold.
The EP is laced with 2 remixes supplied from members of Cousn’s FAMLY Connection Group, an ever growing collective formed by the boys during the pandemic. The first of which comes from LTP, a 21 year old videographer and all-round supremely talented lad, bringing an old school jungle feel to the track and stamping his sound firmly onto the EP.
The second comes from Luca LeBleu, a new member of the group from Johannesburg, South-Africa, laying down a gritty Tech House roller of a remix, topping off the EP in tremendous fashion.

With Cousn’s own London-based sold out monthly night ‘FAMLY Connection’ debuting on November 20th and consistent EPs set to come out through-out the year, 2022 looks to be a defining year for Cousn and their FAMLY Records label.
